Who we are

Dillard Properties, LLC was founded in 1996 by Anthony M. Dillard Sr. with the goal of providing professional, reliable and easy-to-understand construction services for residential, commercial and industrial consumers. We specialize in residential, commercial and prime contract fulfillment. For nearly 20 years, Dillard Properties (DP) has maintained its general construction status and has completed numerous residential and commercial design build projects.

Over the past several years, our core business development has shifted from marketing to individual customers to receiving significant pre- approved pricing agreements and sizable contracted work orders. Through these efforts and strategic alliances, we have grown from bidding on work to our receiving solicitations from key commercial property holders, facility managers, and local and state agencies. Most recently, DP has been selected and approved to receive significant contracts from the federal government.

DP's management team has well over 40 years of project management experience and our key mechanical, electrical, and structural partners are seasoned and licensed within numerous states and agencies. Our subcontractor development remains the key to our most recent stability and continued success.

What we do

Construction Management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. CM is aimed at meeting our client's requirement in order to produce a functional and financially viable project.

At DP, we take projects from conception to completion with the highest level of professionalism. With over 40 years of construction knowledge and experience DP can assure and have shown our clients that our work is second to none.

ANTHONY- With a background and experience in carpentry and construction management Anthony began purchasing, rehabilitating and reselling residential and commercial properties in early 1996. With the rapid rate of growth of this business model Anthony had to employee numerous full-time, part-time and sub-contracted staff. In late 1996 Dillard Properties, LLC began completing construction projects for the general public and corporate partners.

W. Hayes Hart III

Project Manager/Superintendent

W HAYES HART- Twenty plus years of leadership experience in developing, building and managing business entities and operations has been brought to Dillard Properties, LLC. His overall management style has been to develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with contractors and vendors to accomplish project goals and objectives. His previous employment and contractual opportunities with several multinational companies along with his ownership of several business entities has generated a profound understanding of profitability and commitment and how both play in delivering a successful project or contract.

Jennifer L. Dillard

Administrative Manager

JENNIFER- With over 15 years of Administrative experience and knowledge Jennifer is an integral part of the company. She handles all facets of the administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, AP, AR and contracts. As a NJ licensed Real Estate agent she also contributes her knowledge of the residential and commercial real estate industries.
