Dillard Properties, LLC was founded in 1996 by Antony Dillard with the goal of providing professional, reliable and easy-to-understand construction services for residential, commercial and industrial consumers. We specialize in residential, commercial and prime contract fulfillment. For nearly 20 years, Dillard Properties (DP) has maintained its general construction status and has completed numerous residential and commercial design build projects.
Over the past several years, our core business development has shifted from marketing to individual customers to receiving significant pre-approved pricing agreements and sizable contracted work orders. Through these efforts and strategic alliances, we have grown from bidding on work to our receiving solicitations from key commercial property holders, facility managers, local and state agencies. Most recently, DP has been selected and approved to receive significant contracts from the federal government.
